Overview
This policy explains what personal data Rivora, Inc. ("Rivora", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers our website, console and the people who use them. It does not cover the event data our customers send through Rivora: for that data we act as a processor under our customers' instructions and our data processing agreement.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, work email, company and role when you sign up or contact us.
- Usage information about how you use the console, such as pages viewed and features used.
- Billing information handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
- Communications you send to support, sales or the community.
How we use information
We use personal data to provide and secure the service, respond to you, send product and billing emails, improve Rivora and meet legal obligations. We send marketing email only with your consent or where the law allows, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with subprocessors that help us run Rivora, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and payment processing, under contracts that protect your data. The current list of subprocessors is available on request.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer. Usage logs are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@rivora.example.com and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
