Agreement
These terms govern your use of Rivora. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. If you have a signed order form with us, that order form takes precedence.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials and keys secure, and for everything that happens in your workspace. Tell us immediately at security@rivora.example.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Rivora to send data you do not have the right to process.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use Rivora to send spam or malware or to violate anyone's privacy.
Customer data
You own the event data you send to Rivora. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our data processing agreement, and delete it at the end of your history period or when you close your workspace.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, with usage above your plan billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give you 30 days' notice of any price change.
Service levels
Enterprise plans include a 99.99% uptime commitment with service credits, described in your order form. Live status is published on our status page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after giving notice where possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
